Agreement

These terms govern use of Tidepool Subscriptions, a Shopify app operated by Rick Anderson (Pottery Pro). By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

Tidepool lets Shopify merchants sell subscriptions, manage them through a merchant dashboard, and give customers a self-serve portal. Features may change over time.

Fees

Plans and prices are listed on our home page and billed through Shopify. Paid plans include a 30-day free trial. Tidepool charges no transaction fees. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; charges are handled under Shopify's billing terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your store, your products, your subscription offers and your communications with customers, and for complying with applicable laws, including consumer subscription and auto-renewal rules.

Availability

We work to keep the app reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Termination

You can stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.
